A note from the baker…
I began making bread 20 years ago as a hobby that became a passion, studying a wealth of baking techniques from around the world, I run Wapping Sourdough with my wife Clare who manages the marketing, packaging and delivery sides of the business.
Since 2005 we have been regularly making bread and other foods for local charities and large scale social events. In response to the feedback and requests from this work, we felt that the demand for Sourdough was sufficient to sustain an organic home bakery in Wapping.
