We are based in South London and for the last 5 years we’ve run a wholesale sourdough bakery. Richard, our founder, is a self starter and self taught baker and has grown the business to provide goods to clients ranging from hipster coffee shops to Michelin star restaurants.
With the situation we are currently facing, we wanted to open our range to the general public, and give a chance for more people to eat nutritious, freshly baked bread.
Sourdough is delicious, long lasting, easy to digest and is vitamin, protein & mineral rich. The bread can be pre-sliced on request for easy freezing.
Order here, allow us 48h to mix, shape, rest, shape again and then bake your loaves. Pop in at the bakery to pick it up and say hi to the bakers.
